For registration of a residence permit must open a representative office of a foreign company in Bulgaria. Therefore, you must have a firm (company not registered in Bulgaria) or to be appointed by the representative of that company.

The cost of opening is - 800 eur. The price include all government taxes.
Register representation takes up to 25 business days.
Provision of registered address - 90 eur.
Government annual taxes and fees amount to 350 eur per person.
1. A certificate of incorporation (notarized copy);
2. The certificate of registration with the tax authorities (notarized copy);
3. Extract from Companies House ( Commercial Registry ), confirming the current status of the company (not older than 4 months) (notarized copy);
4. Notary authorization from the director of a foreign company to the representative ( I mean that you will be that representative here in Bulgarai). Issued in the event that, in addition to the founders, representatives of registered third parties (notarized copy);
5. Notary authorization from the director of a foreign company to the authorized person in Bulgaria, which will apply to the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry / BCCI /;
6. Minutes of the general meeting of the founders of the foreign company with the agenda of the opening of a representative office;
7. Civil passport of the director and page with registration - scanned copy;
8. International passports of members in Bulgaria - scanned copy of the cover sheet;
9. Samples of signatures of representatives (consent to representation) - notarized, all representatives;
10. Certificate of No Criminal Conviction to the representative;
11. Power of attorney for our lawyer on Accreditation of representation.
