Logistic solutions to Indian companies
Thanks for your mail and valuable information. We may visit visit Hungary/ Bulgaria next month.
Few more points regarding consultancy firm we plan to start:
- We will not doing trading operation directly initially - we will be advising and will be acting as export consultants for Indian companies to want to launch there products in European union.
- We can open consultancy office in Hungary/Latvia Bulgaria/ Romania/Slovakia, provided we can get resident permit/ Business visa to travel other countries such as Germany, France to find buyers and market for various Indian products.
- We also plan to give logistic solutions to Indian companies. Currently many Indian companies uses German/ Netherlands ports to distribute there products in Central/ eastern countries like Czech, Slovakia, Hungary, Bulgaria,Poland etc. We want to use Bulgarian/ Romanian ports as a gateway to entry to other countries in EU. Opening a consultancy office on similar lines given by RAK free trade zone in UAE, can be good idea and can bring lot of Indian Investment.
- As we will be travelling in various country, we will be using virtual office,we do not need local manpower as we will be having single owner. We may need business invitation for our managing director, who may also come for business development activities for short period of time.
- We want a set up where monthly and annual maintenance expenditure such as accounting, taxes, duties twill be minimum, as we don't have good links in Europe for now. We have lot of Indian companies who keen to do export import operation, provided we can give good client along with logistical and documentary support. Finding the market and buyers may take time so we want to keep expenditure to minimum. we have very good potential provided we get good buyers for various Indian products. We also plan to attend various trade fairs to find buyers and sellers.
- We also want to help European seller, who want to sell products in India. lot of material such as Scrap, Iron ore, Minerals etc are Imported In India from central and Eastern Europe.
- We will not be performing custom and clearance formalities directly. End client will be performing it. Once we establish links in Europe, we will be advising for logistical and commercial aspects to reduce the cost such as distribution, product, duties to minimum. We can act Initial consultant for aspects such as marketing, promotion, logistic,transportation etc. For legal and technical issues such as company setup, legal issues, taxes, accounting, booking keeping etc we will put them directly put them with experts like you.
There is good potential provided we get good buyers in Europe. We already have a trading firm in India. Many of Indian exporter are keen in promoting and Investing in Europe. We can expect good return on investment in future. We want to keep expenditure such as maintenance cost, accounting cost, bookkeeping, taxes at minimum. As we will be providing consultancy service initially we will have very less transactions. As we will be visiting various countries to find buyers and collect market research related information, it will be additional expenditure for us. We are flexible to open consultancy firm anywhere maintaining the consultant firm, monthly and annually will be lowest in Europe. We are also open for any alternative solution, which can help us proving long term business visa to travel various countries in Europe with least expenditure. We can also consider opening branch office for consultancy service, but we should know legal and financial aspects with regard to opening of such firm in India and Europe.
